A standalone bust of Liberty inspired by the Emerging Liberty portrait on the 2026 Semiquincentennial U.S. dime. Liberty’s windswept hair, starred liberty cap and high collar are based on the one-year circulating design issued for America’s 250th anniversary; this is a sculptural bust rather than a full-body figure, with no coin holder.
