Aurea Displays creates historically inspired 3D printed figurines and display pieces, primarily designed for presenting ancient coins.

The website provides information about available designs, materials, custom requests, and the production process. Orders and payments are completed through the Aurea Displays Etsy shop.

The Aurea Displays website may be used to browse available designs, learn about the production process, and submit custom requests.

Submitting a custom request through the website does not constitute a purchase or create an obligation for Aurea Displays to accept the request.

Product availability, pricing, payment, and checkout are handled through Etsy.

All purchases are completed through Etsy.

The price, payment method, shipping information, order confirmation, and other transaction details shown at the time of purchase on Etsy form part of the order.

Aurea Displays does not collect or process payment card information through this website.

Orders are considered accepted once they have been successfully placed and confirmed through Etsy.

Aurea Displays products are produced using 3D printing, primarily with PLA.

Due to the nature of 3D printing, minor variations may occur between individual pieces. Small layer lines, slight surface variations, minor differences in texture, and other characteristics associated with the printing process may be visible.

These characteristics are part of the manufacturing method and do not automatically constitute a defect.

Product photographs are intended to represent the products as accurately as possible. Colours may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, and filament production batches.

Certain displays are produced to fit specific coins.

Where coin measurements are requested, the customer is responsible for providing accurate information, including the coin diameter and thickness.

The coin holder is produced according to the measurements provided. Aurea Displays cannot be held responsible for fitting problems resulting solely from incorrect measurements supplied by the customer.

Coins normally rest in a fitted recess without glue or permanent attachment.

Coins shown in product photographs are for illustrative purposes and are not included unless explicitly stated otherwise in the product listing.

Custom requests may be submitted through the Aurea Displays website.

A custom request may include a specific historical figure, different dimensions, a particular coin configuration, or another modification to an existing design.

After a request is received, its feasibility, requirements, and expected price will be reviewed. Additional information or reference material may be requested where necessary.

A custom request only proceeds once the design requirements, price, and relevant specifications have been agreed.

The final purchase is completed through Etsy.

For custom pieces, a design preview or description may be provided before production begins.

The approved design and agreed specifications form the basis of the final product.

Minor differences may occur between a digital preview and the physical printed piece due to the characteristics of 3D printing, scale, material, lighting, and finishing.

Once a custom design has been approved and production has started, further design changes may require an additional fee or may no longer be possible.

Any additional design fee will be communicated before further work begins.

Most products are produced after an order has been placed.

Typical production time is approximately from 1 to 7 working days before dispatch.

Custom designs may require additional time depending on complexity and the amount of design work required.

Production and delivery dates are estimates unless a specific delivery date has been explicitly agreed.

Orders are dispatched from the Netherlands.

Available shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery times are shown through Etsy where applicable.

Delivery times depend on the destination and shipping provider and may be affected by circumstances outside the control of Aurea Displays.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Unless stated otherwise, such charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Orders to the United States. When orders are shipped via PostNL, applicable US import tariffs and duties are covered and paid by Aurea Displays at the point of dispatch from the Netherlands — no additional charges will be due from the recipient upon delivery. If an order is shipped via a different carrier, customs duties or import fees may instead be assessed upon arrival in the United States and would in that case be the responsibility of the recipient. The shipping method used for each order is shown through Etsy at the time of purchase.

Return and cancellation rights depend on the type of product purchased and the applicable consumer protection rules.

Standard products may be eligible for cancellation or return in accordance with applicable consumer law and the conditions shown on Etsy.

Products created specifically according to customer requirements, including personalised dimensions, custom coin holders, custom historical figures, or other individually commissioned designs, may be excluded from the standard right of withdrawal where the legal requirements for personalised goods are met.

This does not affect statutory rights where a product is defective, damaged, or does not correspond to the agreed specifications.

The applicable return conditions for each order are also shown through Etsy.

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the product ordered, contact Aurea Displays as soon as reasonably possible.

Photographs of the product and packaging may be requested in order to assess the issue.

Where appropriate, a replacement, repair, refund, or another suitable solution will be offered in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Aurea Displays products are intended for display purposes.

The displays are not professional conservation equipment and are not intended to treat, restore, clean, or preserve coins.

The owner remains responsible for determining the appropriate storage and conservation conditions for valuable, rare, fragile, or chemically unstable coins.

Coins with active corrosion, bronze disease, excessive moisture, or other conservation issues should be treated separately before being placed in a display.

Unpainted PLA figurines may be suitable for priming and painting.

Any painting, sanding, heating, drilling, gluing, chemical treatment, or other modification performed after delivery is carried out at the owner's discretion.

Aurea Displays cannot guarantee the performance of products after they have been materially modified by the customer.

Unless otherwise stated, the designs, figurines, photographs, graphics, branding, text, and other original content presented by Aurea Displays remain the intellectual property of Aurea Displays or their respective rights holders.

Products purchased from Aurea Displays are intended for personal use and display.

Purchasing a physical product does not transfer ownership of the underlying digital model, design, or intellectual property.

Reproduction, scanning, moulding, copying, resale of digital models, or commercial reproduction of Aurea Displays designs is not permitted without prior written permission.

The website may contain links to third party services, including Etsy.

Transactions made through Etsy are also subject to Etsy's applicable terms, policies, and privacy practices.

Aurea Displays is not responsible for the operation or availability of third party websites and services.

Personal information submitted directly through the Aurea Displays website is handled in accordance with the Aurea Displays Privacy Policy.

Personal information processed by Etsy is also subject to Etsy's privacy practices.

Aurea Displays is responsible for providing products that conform to the agreed description and applicable legal requirements.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.

Aurea Displays is not responsible for loss or damage resulting from misuse of a product, incorrect information supplied by the customer, inappropriate coin storage, unauthorised modification of a product, or circumstances reasonably outside its control.

These Terms & Conditions may be updated when necessary to reflect changes to the website, products, services, or applicable requirements.

The version published on the website at the time of use will be the current version.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law.

Where mandatory consumer protection rules in the customer's country of residence provide additional rights, those rights remain unaffected.
